You will be invited to explore new perspectives, broaden your point of view, and between sessions, experiment with new things, identified together, thus initiating the desired change. <\/li>\n<\/ul><br><ul>\n \t<li>The process lasts approximately <b>six months<\/b>, representing <b>15 to 20 hours of support<\/b>. This includes an <b>initial three-way meeting<\/b> (N+1 or HR, coachee and coach) to frame and align the overall objectives to be achieved. <\/li>\n<\/ul><br><ul>\n \t<li>The programme comprises nine <b>coaching sessions lasting between 1.5 and 2 hours<\/b>, spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart, with a possible mid-term review involving N+1.
