Preliminary 45-minute individual interviews are generally conducted between each team member and the coach to better understand expectations and needs.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><ul><li><strong>Moving towards the set goal:<\/strong> over a period of 6 to 9 months, coaching sessions take place on a daily or half-daily basis, every 4 to 8 weeks. These group sessions enable the group to engage in a shared dynamic, gain new insights and experiment with new \u201ccodes\u201d.
