Who am I?
I have always wondered what underpins the quality of relationships with others and with oneself. This reflection has guided me through managerial responsibilities, reading, coaching and psychotherapy experiences. These stages have enabled me to better understand my strengths and vulnerabilities, and to train myself to accompany others on their own journey (and the training is ongoing!).
- My professional career spans more than 20 years. After graduating from HEC, I started out in strategy consulting (Bain & Company) before moving into industry (Lafarge), where I held various positions in strategy, development, supply chain and operational management. Multiple immersions in international contexts (five years spent between the UK, Italy, Austria and some twenty other countries on short assignments) have enriched my sensitivity to cultural differences.
- After an entrepreneurial experience involving the creation and resale of a company (Les Maisons du Fromage), I then explored impact consulting (Do Well Do Good) and the development of services for SMEs (KPMG). These stages broadened my vision of human and organisational dynamics.
- Since obtaining my certification from HEC Executive Coaching, I have devoted myself fully to coaching, convinced of its power to help everyone overcome limitations, accelerate their development, and achieve a balance between performance and quality of life at work. My goal is to create a space conducive to these advances, aware that professional and personal life are closely intertwined in certain ways.
- Those with whom I have worked extensively describe me as calming, demanding, able to take a step back, and aware of my limitations and vulnerabilities. Every stage of my journey, including the challenges, feeds into my coaching practice and my sincere desire to support people driven by a desire for transformation – to share with them “the inner fire that fuels the journey”.
