Executive Coaching

Tailored support

  • At the outset, there is an intention: to develop leadership skills, to succeed in taking on a new position, to work on situations in which one feels “stuck”, to enable a team to collaborate and make real decisions, etc.

  • Each time is different. And so the path is not predefined. What I rely on is a particular way of moving forward together. It’s about creating a different space and asking questions that lead to important realisations.

Tipping points, really?

  • At a tipping point, there is a before and an after. There is also the idea of an action applied to a specific place, the effects of which extend far beyond that point.

  • Experience has shown me that these pivots are at the heart of coaching, fostered both by the desire for change expressed at the outset and by the supportive presence of the coach.

  • Tipping points are possible, joyful, transformative… and since we are beings with multiple defences, they are also variable and sometimes uncomfortable (in some cases, humour makes things easier!).

Who am I ?

“I have always wondered about the quality of relationships with oneself and others. With 20 years of experience in consulting, industry and entrepreneurship, I have developed a sensitivity to human and organisational dynamics. Certified in coaching at HEC, I now support those who wish to overcome their obstacles, accelerate their development and pursue the “higher paths” of performance and quality of life at work. Demanding yet caring, I foster an environment conducive to transformation, aware that professional and personal life are intertwined. My approach is based on a wealth of experience, deep listening and a conviction that moving forward is a journey to be shared.”

Manifesto

Welcoming

‘Neither intelligence nor judgement are creative.’
A. de Saint Exupéry

In the support space, there is no room for judging fears, discouragement, unique needs… or anything else that we expend costly energy repressing and concealing.

Walking alongside

« To go where you don’t know, take the path you don’t know.»
J. Delacroix

Often, repeating the same attempts or so-called “recipes” known to solve a problem is not very fruitful.

Moving, changing perspective, taking the time to look, breaking out of isolation: all this is facilitated in a coaching process.

Daring to act

“There is no growth in the comfort zone, and no comfort in the growth zone”
S. Clark

When the framework is secure, it becomes possible to allow oneself to experiment with new ways of acting, deciding, communicating, expressing one’s needs, asserting one’s boundaries, or connecting with others.

Finding meaning

“There is no growth in the comfort zone, and no comfort in the growth zone.”
S. Clark

Seeking and clarifying what gives meaning to one’s professional life, examining the extent to which it fits into something greater than oneself, identifying how one’s uniqueness can be put to use: these detours can sometimes help one (re)discover the power of action.
